Location close enough to countless restaurants, and China, Tibet and Nepal. Reasonably good breakfast with jam, free wifi, coffee or tea and excellent customer service. With very early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was delightful.

I stayed in a Super Deluxe room with a private balcony overlooking the hotel's courtyard. The room was spacious and had pristine linen, a huge bed, a flat screen tv, and reliable wi-fi. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfasts in the hotel courtyard were enjoyable, and the coffee was good. The location of the hotel in the Thamel neighborhood was convenient, as it was close to everything that Thamel has to offer. The hotel provided facilities such as rock climbing and guided walking tours.

There were some noise disturbances caused by late night parties in the hotel courtyard, which lasted until past midnight.
